Nursery

The Nursery curriculum at Junior Footprints Play Way School is meticulously crafted around the A-S-K framework (Attitude – Skills – Knowledge), aiming to holistically nurture young minds. This comprehensive approach includes building creativity, language skills, concept knowledge, and character development. Our engaging activities, such as construction, block-building, painting, and outdoor and indoor play, are complemented by dramatic play, dress-ups, movement, singing, and more. We recognize the importance of social interactions and relationship skills and incorporate games, reading, and story-telling into our curriculum. The Nursery program not only expands children's knowledge but also cultivates their strengths and interests, building rock-solid academic foundations. Readiness Writing Skills and Numeracy concepts are introduced through activities designed to ignite a passion for learning. Field trips, projects, and experiments further enhance their understanding, creating a well-rounded educational experience.

Given those experiences, children are given the opportunity to:

  • Learn to share, work, play and get along with other children

  • Experience separation from parents/family

  • Learn discipline and self-control

  • Learn to follow instructions, and to stay with work until finished
